Our Partners ~ Peter & Cheri Valerio and Gustavo Almeida

Lakewood Ranch Pool & Paver is owned and operated by Peter & Cheri Valerio.  Peter has been working in the pool industry since 2004 and has been providing service in the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch area since 2008. Peter formed Lakewood Ranch Pool Services in 2012.  Cheri is a CPA and provides the billing and accounting services for the business. The owners are residents of Lakewood Ranch and love helping fellow residents be able to enjoy their clean pools and lanais with friends and family.

Peter partnered with Gustavo Almeida in 2021 to bring high quality and economical paver cleaning, sealing, repairs, and installations to his clients. Gustavo has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years. He has many experienced subcontractor connections in all facets of home and pool renovations as well as cage repairs and installations.  Together, Peter and Gustavo formed  Lakewood Ranch Home Pool and Pavers in 2025.
